who we are

Mental Health and Wellness Kenya (MHWKenya) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting mental wellness, providing psycho-social support, and fostering emotional resilience within communities throughout Kenya.

We believe that mental health is not a luxury—it's a fundamental right and the cornerstone of productivity, stability, and dignity.

As a leading advocate for mental health education, early intervention, and accessible support services, we engage in community outreach, implement youth-focused programs, and conduct stigma-reducing campaigns. Our goal is to cultivate a mentally healthy, informed, and empowered society.

We strive to enhance mental health outcomes nationwide by ensuring that wellness resources are readily available in areas of greatest need and by connecting individuals seeking mental health services with qualified providers.

Our work is grounded in compassion, advocacy, and proactive steps. We bridge the gap between awareness and access, empowering individuals, families, and institutions with the tools and support necessary for mental and emotional well-being.
